Detailed Product Description

1. Temperature: -30-60; water and dust protection : IP55

2. Most relative humidity: Not more than 90%;

3. Height above sea level: Not more than 1000m.

4. Enclosure: Make of 2.0 mm cold rolled steel, adopting electrostatic epoxy powder coating, protective levels is IP54. Security measures have taken to all joints, control buttons, adjust buttons

5. Cooling: The rectifier adopts oil cooling. The limit temperature rise of main components in oil box is less than 40 when rectifier has been working for 24h. The rectifier is equipped with oil-indicator, oil filler tube ,oil vent plug.

7. There are fuses in power input terminal and output terminal. When there is overload or short, will cut off the power. Anti-lightning Protection .The input terminal and output terminal are equipped with anti-lightning protection circuit, and accord to IEC1024 and BS6651.

8. Display: the apparatus is equipped with following meters, precision is ±.

DC output voltage-meter;

DC output current-meter;

Transformer oil temperature-meter

9. Error alarm: when the protection potential departure from controlled potential above 30mV, the apparatus will alarm automatically.  Alarm for faults: alarm  for faults include the doors of tank are open, power supply fault, overheating, over current, overvoltage, power line lack . etc.

10. RTU interface: Voltage, Current,  Potential can be transferred into standard industrial signal (420mA). Isolation pressure is not less than 1000 VDC, load output resistance is not more than 600Ω. Transform precision is less than 1% error . Response time is less than 0.3s.

11. Operation model :Manual adjustment operation mode, constant potential operation mode, constant current operation model.

Manual adjustment operation mode: Adjust output current manually, continuously, variable high steps.

Constant potential operation mode: Constant potential is continuously adjustable in the scope (0mV3000mV). Constant potential precision: less than 5mV. Protection drift: The apparatus has been run for 24 hours, the mutative value of protection potential : not more than 5 mV error. When system is in current limiting state or reference electrode is opening, the device will switch into constant currents operation mode. Constant current is continuously adjustable in the scope .Scope of constant current: 1%100% rated value ,Constant current precision: less than 2% error. Reference input impedance: more than 1 MΩ.
